My Julep Maven Intro Kit

While I was looking at another Blogger's posts I noticed one that mentioned getting a kit for a penny. So, always loving a deal that good I checked out the post. I absolutely love the polish. The color is beautiful and it goes on and smooths out quickly, reducing streaks. It also dries quickly.

I tried both colors using the French manicure look,
I am not sure what the reason is but the Gold Glitter, Oscar, peels off easily. I did not use a topcoat so maybe that would help. I also don't know how to apply Oscar without the edge of my nail being rough and scratchy from the glitter, one I figure this out I will try this again because I love the way it looks.







Lookie another blue polish, and as before I LOVE!!! it. This is Marisa. Here I applied another brands base coat/treatment, 2 coats of Marisa, and another brands topcoat. With some polishes my nails chip overnight, not this one. Its been a full day and it still looks great! Might not sound like much but for me it is amazing.

Avon's spring colors

I don't usually wear blue nail polish but I decided to give Avon's 2 limited edition spring colors a try. I instantly fell in LOVE!. They are such pretty colors. The colors are called blue escape and aqua fantasy.





I thought I'd try something crazy and do something different with
each of my nails. So, I did french mani's on two, dots on one, and used Avon's mosaic effects top coat in white and black.








My manicure lasted for about a week before it started chipping. I used a base and top coat, the base is not from Avon but the top coat is Avon's uv gloss guard. You can buy any of these items or other colors from me from my site.
